My friend commented on how poor Ollie's movement was when Bailey was attacking just before our second. His movement is one of his best attributes in my opinion.

Ollie's goal didn't require movement, the ball from Tielemans was perfect, and the execution made to look perfectly straightforward.

I think we are seeing the benefits from our manager and his team's coaching and Ollie's commitment to working hard to be the best he can be.

But why are we discussing Watkins in Emi's thread? The forum is out of control at times.

Much better to stay on topic.

Don't tell me, show me. Actions speak louder than words.

Although on a forum its probably the words.

Or is it the action of staying on topic?

I will leave it up to you.

It's almost as if most people on this forum allow conversations to evolve naturally exactly as they should without feeling the need to lose their shit if it's a little off topic.

As I've said to footy a few times if you don't like it maybe Villatalk with it's far more aggressive moderation is a better fit for you.

Like you’re having a lazy Sunday afternoon chat over some drinks where the conversation takes in about 20 things, none of which are the thing you started talking about and that’s kind of the point.

Absolutely, pesonally it's what I like about it on here and I suspect that's true for most posters.

I love lazy Sunday afternoons.  Particularly when you get the BBQ on.  What are people's thoughts on direct heat vs indirect heat and are you a lid-on or lid-off type of guy / gal?

Lid on every time, you get a lot more flavour that way.

Yep, one of the classic black kettle ones, it's a bit old now (Ellis still owned us when I got it) though so I'm looking to replace it for next summer.

Which is very much a direct heat & lid off type of situation, in my experience.
