I agree, I’d cash in on all the keepers bar Jed Steer
Hmmmm.... I don’t think the term “cash in” will apply its more a case of releasing and reducing liability.

That’s probably true. We really need to get to a place where our unwanted players hold value.

Nope, it's the football equivalent of taking your broken Black and Decker sander to Cash Converters and getting back less than the bus fare it cost you to get there.

I’ll be fucking amazed and disappointed in equal amount if he chooses Brighton over us. They may offer him stupid of thousands a week but I think Martinez is more driven by a desire to play every week than money.

Which is what he wants. Why anyone would pay £20m and not offer first team football, I don't know.

So are we not expecting Heaton back? Clearly Martinez is a better long-prospect, but interesting.

The only possible reason he could possibly choose Brighton is if he doesn’t to move from the London/outer London area.
Hopefully we’ll get him in

Martinez, Heaton and Steer are a great 3 to have. The injury records of the other two mean it's probably important to keep both.

I see the point of this.  Heaton is so injury prone it’s unpredictable in terms of how fit he’s going to be. Nyland, despite his heroics last season is always one gaffe away from that stupid face Paulie described a few weeks back.  Kalinic well he’s on his way and Steer again injury prone.  Plus this guy is a massive up grade on all except Heaton.
