Everyone is on Traores case as he doesn’t defend that well...truth is Cash is still learning that part of the game....this is only his second year as a full back and at times it shows when he makes the wrong decision ...sometimes going inside and leaving huge spaces out wide
.....he will become a better player the more he plays against top
Opposition and different styles ( as today).. a good player but a work in progress for me

Traore doesn't defend at all. Which is fine when we're all over a team like first half, but Dyche was always going to get them fighting more second half, at which point Traore goes from a skilful luxury, to an absolute liability.

Agreed....but Cash gets off with mistakes cus everyone is blaming Traore.... as I said Cash is still learning but it happened even when Trez was playing and he’s never short of putting a shift in

This bloke needs a bump up. Motm today saved 2 goals and don’t get the credit he deserved. Didn’t even think we needed to sign a right back at start of season.

Yep, he's quality.

A good mate of mine is a Forest fan and he told me in the summer that we'd got a cracking player.

I'm not only surprised at how good he has been but how quickly he has took to playing at a higher level.

I'd be slightly concerned if Cash is out long-term.
Conor left and we brought Sanson in even though there are other midfielders on the books eg Ramsey.
Guilbert leaves and is not replaced, relying only on Elmo to step up. Personally I would have held onto Freddie.
In the system we play Elmo no longer has the pace to run up and down the right hand side. I can see Konsa moving to RB, especially when Hause is fit (I don't think Dean trusts Engels to fill in for Konsa if he were to move across).

Mohammedy looked ropey last night. Found it difficult coming into a game cold where the team was playing poor but if Cash is out for a few weeks I'd be a little concerned.

I love Elmo but him and Traore on the right hand side is not a good combination for us. Traore isn't the best defensively and Elmo doesn't cut out the cross with enough commitment. We will be a poorer side without Cash.

The midfield is the bigger concern though. We're surrendering possession and the shot count against is creeping up high again.

Elmo up against Harvey Barnes could be a very tough afternoon.

How far off is Hause to being fit? Konsa is pretty good filling at right back.

Love the bloke, has been superb all season, surprised a Premier League club did not sign him a season or two ago. Hopefully the injury is not too bad.

I'm worried Cash being out for any length of time will be a massive problem for us. He's quickly established himself as a vital player in our back four. Elmo has been a fantastic servant for us but he's not cut out to play the way we do now.
Fingers crossed Cash's injury won't be too bad!

This for me too. I was annoyed we let Freddie go, but assume he just wanted to play and we couldn’t guarantee him a game unless Matty got injured. Could be a huge blow for us.
