Sorry for the wrong thread but does anyone know what's happened to the Diego Maradona thread?

In other football thread.

Just heard Tom Carroll’s name mentioned in the QPR v Brentford game. Knew the name rang a bell..he had a month or so with us a year or two ago which I’d quite clearly forgotten all about.

Anybodys commentary on Palace v Newcastle a bit weird? Sounds like they're in a tunnel on mine.

Its ok but mine keeps cutting out. Pretty drab game though.

Definitely sounds like he’s commentating from the toilet. Looks like our arch rivals are going to win as well.

Eze disrupts the shape for palace and doesn’t track at all. Palace almost look on the beach already

Ollie Watkins replacement has got 12 goals already. Maybe we will pop back with another 28million in january. Some did suggest we bought him in the summer to be fair.

Would be cheaper just to buy Brentford.

I was watching him and them tonight.  There are some seriously good talent spotters there.  I had the impression that Toney was a bit arrogant.  Then I saw his sky interview.  When asked if he felt any pressure about filling Ollies boots he just laughed it off saying football wasn’t pressure doing a job he loves.

There's talent there but still very raw. I saw an article where they said they wanted to get him in before they had the Watkins money and that their progress allowed them to sign a more developed player than what they would have been able to get before. If they get promoted this year, fair play to them.

Maupay puts a penalty wide of the post, a shocker.

And moments later has to go off injured.

We could buy them in installments player by player like Liverpool did with Southampton.

Brighton have caused Liverpool as many, if not more problems than they did against us. The difference is that they haven't got their shooting boots on today.
