Goals are down in the PL significantly from a couple of weeks ago. Either it’s just an inevitable correction or players are tired with compressed schedules, internationals and Europe. It’s also going to balance things out more in the PL. More dull games are coming after all the fireworks. Being out of the LC may not be such a bad thing given we looked so flat last time out.

The way they are promoting Man Utd v Arsenal next weekend on Sky is laughable. Video reels from the 90's/early 2000's and trying to pass it off as spicey fixture when in reality theres been fuck all nastiness in this fixture for well over a decade.

Man U Chelsea last night had the same treatment. Beyond dull the 45 minutes that I lasted.

I thought Digne was a deserved red, the holding his hands up as he stands in his calf does not negate the intent.

I have just heard some of a post match interview with Carlo Ancelotti and he blamed the Digne sending off on the continuing criticism of Everton and Jordan Pickford after the Liverpool game.

Vardy breaks the monotony at Arsenal.

I think it is former nose Matthew Upson who is co-commentator on 5Live tonight. He has just seriously suggested that Leicester had spent most of the game deliberately playing within themselves to lull Arsenal into a false sense of security. I am guessing he must have learnt that kind of 'logic' in his Small Heath days.
