Watching two plastic teams from two plastic clubs, currently cancelling each other out in a soul-less plastic match.

Is this what the great Super league project would be like?

Villa - Leeds was a much better spectacle.
Great point.

Chelsea have found themselves a very goal keeper.

Ajax leading 12-0 away at Venlo with 5 minutes plus stoppage time to go.

Poor form beating a team of stutterers by that much. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/54677546.

I realize it’s Liverpool so ultimately fuck them but how has VAR overturned the decision the decision and awarded a penalty to Sheff Utd. Was it a clear and obvious error?

The one they were awarded looked like a good tackle outside of the area, so of course, VAR gives it.  The second looked a much clearer penalty, so of course VAR doesn't give it.

I haven't seen it yet but nothing surprises me anymore with the total fuckfest that is VAR. I swear it's sabotage. The refs can't stand the fact that their abilities are deemed not good enough and technology was brought in to rectify their errors.

With Liverpool winning we’ve plummeted to third place. SMITH OUT.

With every game he misses Virgil Van Dijk becomes more deified. Maybe we should suspend the season until he is fit to play again.

Kevin Friend reffing the Saints - Everton game. Stiil hasn't reffed us since the Palace debacle. Is this some form of unofficial ban?

Southampton have started this game well.  They are a good side.  Ward-Prowse is a decent player, for sure.  Should be a good (and tough) game next week.
