Everton have got a serious team out tonight. Ancelotti wants to win this cup.

Calvert-Lewin has had an outstanding start to the season. Second hat trick. He’s looking a really good player.

So have Everton managers over the previous 60 years I assume with no avail.

They don’t scare me.

It's definitely their best chance to win it (for the first time) since 1976-77. Similar outcome expected. :)

Our old mate Robert Snodgrass scored a cracker of a goal tonight.

Shame none of the bigger clubs got knocked out tonight. Hopefully we get through and draw a minnow like Newcastle.

Need to get Lil Lee on the case again. He did an excellent job in this round of drawing a lot of the cunty teams together.

Think Jamie Redknapp is doing the draw tomorrow, so would be nice if Liverpool got knocked out first

They were a top side in the sixties, seventies and especially the eighties and were very consistent and hard to beat in the Moyes years but their League Cup record is terrible. Even we gave them three chances to win it before we lost patience and put them out of their misery.

Manure have some excellent individuals but I don't think they can 'gel' as a team consistently enough to be really successful.

Yes but Pickford’s positioning has horrendous.

Brentford v Fulham, 1-0 to the hosts at halftime.

Difficult to know who to support. Whilst Fulham are in a higher division, you could argue that Brentford may have the better team and we never beat them

It’s going to be one hell of a long season for Fulham & a fairly swift exit for Parker you’d imagine.
