The dogheads all knew deep down the tables would eventually turn. All that #levels and mind the gap bollocks and outgrowing Chelsea and Arsenal, competing with Real Madrid’s. They just didn’t think their superiority over us would be so short lived.

You missed the Scrap Merchant in Chief, Steve Bull, before the game then with his class of 92/top 4 delusions.

Steve Bull is by a country mile the least articulate after dinner speaker I’ve ever sat through.

POTM? What's that mean?
Pride of the Midlands. West Brom have been claiming it for years and was taken up by Wolves and even Stoke fans sang about it when they were in PL. Something that we will never cherish.

‘Pride of the Midlands’ is as small time as ‘Mind the Gap’

I look forward to Mol Mix explaining away how they've had 3 outrageous dives for penalties this year waved away...but apparently Grealish is a cheat and the FA should investigate. Fucking morons.

Is it right to call it the black country derby?, I always thought Wolverhampton was not in the black country.
Yep, Wolverhampton is in the Blackcountry.
The problem is there's no such place as the black country on any maps. It's really a collection of towns spreading West from the Birmingham border which we just know as the black country. West Brom have a dig at wolves by saying that historically Whampton has always been in Staffordshire. Bit like saying Aston (B6) isn't in Birmingham just to satisfy the weird agenda of those morons in Small Heath (B9).

West Bromwich is also in Staffordshire but logic doesn't apply where they're concerned.

Historically it was, it's not any more.

During the hotly fought Border Wars of the seventies, Smethwick got loaned out to Worcestershire for a couple of years.

An astute comment was on how very few injuries Wolves had picked up the last 3/4 years. Now they've had one, and they've fallen to bits. They've been extremely lucky with avoiding injuries up until one player, just ONE player this season and now they look lower half. Well and truly.
