Expecting the Dodgy Man Buns to get a lesson on PL quality counter-attacking when they try to go balls out against Citeh tonight.

if City can sort their defence out they should win this one....

now put a bet on Leeds to win

Corinthian Casuals vs. Dulwich Hamlet in the Cup today. Feels like the most hipster fixture imaginable.

Couldn't believe how small Barnsley was when I went there, felt like the same size as Solihull.

They do well to get such big crowds really.

Burnley seemed tiny as well.

Burnley used to (and probably still do) have the biggest percentage of population crowds in the country.

Like with many small town clubs, that statistic is skewed by the support they draw from a much wider area.  The east Lancashire towns of the Ribble Valley, Rossendale and Pendle are generally Burnley supporting areas.  Their support also extends over the Yorkshire border, with a large following in places like Todmorden and Keighley (Alastair Campbell's home town).

Coventry 1 Bournemouth 3 and Bournemouth go top of the table. So much for my Desmond.

I think/hope that's reference to 2. https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=a%20Desmond  :o

he's pissed off - he's got no reason to be; he's clearly not their designated penalty taker. Sulky bastard :D

Great free-kick by Rooney to put Derby one up.

I wonder if Rooney's team mates have been told not to rub his head if he scores to save his transplant or whatever it is he's had?

Bad day for Palace. They don't score many but they don't usually concede many either.
