https://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/lawsandrules/laws/football-11-11/law-12---fouls-and-misconduct
Handball rule....

It is an offence if a player:

deliberately touches the ball with their hand/arm, including moving the hand/arm towards the ball
scores in the opponentsí goal directly from their hand/arm, even if accidental, including by the goalkeeper
after the ball has touched their or a team-mateís hand/arm, even if accidental, immediately:
scores in the opponentsí goal
creates a goal-scoring opportunity
touches the ball with their hand/arm when:
the hand/arm has made their body unnaturally bigger
the hand/arm is above/beyond their shoulder level (unless the player deliberately plays the ball which then touches their hand/arm
The above offences apply even if the ball touches a playerís hand/arm directly from the head or body (including the foot) of another player who is close.

Except for the above offences, it is not an offence if the ball touches a playerís hand/arm:

directly from the playerís own head or body (including the foot)
directly from the head or body (including the foot) of another player who is close
if the hand/arm is close to the body and does not make the body unnaturally bigger
when a player falls and the hand/arm is between the body and the ground to support the body, but not extended laterally or vertically away from the body
How about replacing all this shit with "A direct free kick will be awarded if it's a deliberate handball in the opinion of on field officials"?

My post about Leicester struggling without Ndidi didn't age well.

No chance of this score line in front of fans.

Why not? It's another set of matchday supporters that's become more of an audience rather than a crowd in recent years.

Iíve been to the Etihad a few times, but after last seasons game, I can safely say there isnít a more sanitised ground in the league.

The atmosphere today would have been the same.

Being pragmatic I would wager that Wolves will finish above us and 3 games without a point for West Ham can only benefit us so I'm donning my flares, expecting a power cut and backing the throwbacks tonight.

Iíve been to Maine Road and the Etihad, Iíve also been in a ground with 83 people and a stadium with 92k, the no fans is taking its toll on goals scored and results - this stage of the season there arenít any ďmake or break ď games so hence the goals / results.

Btw what an absurd statement ( I get the attempt at humour) to suggest 42k is the same as zero fans.

We surely have to be looking above this and having a more ambitious agenda?

You forgot the bloody mullet! See what you've done, West Ham 1 up, Wolves without a shot on target.

Wolves have been shit so far, West Ham actually look quite good.  Traore seems to have reverted to being a useless, headless chicken.

Yes Wolves look lethargic and uninterested and Antonio is ruining their back four.

Wolves always score late on, early days still for them.

Foul took place in West Ham's half, free kick was taken in Wolves' half, while the ball was still running, apart from that nothing wrong with the goal.

They look shit tonight,  Traore looks like a bodybuilder who's been given a game 'cos he's a member of the same gym as the manager.
Wildcat strike wankers.
