To win games, you need to score goals. We have the worst attacking options I have ever seen at Villa, and that includes the horse shit that took us down last time. These two up front couldn’t hit water if they fell out of a boat and don’t even start me off on Ronaldo’s runt cousin and the Egyptian Nigel Callaghan. Jokers.

For all our efforts in the first 20 minutes of tonight's game, I knew we'd get done. We're blunt.

We knew last August we'd get done, when we only signed one young, unproven Brazilian kid as our only goal getter. We repeated this feat in January, signing some unproven Tanzanian kid as our only goal getter.

I'd throw caution to the wind and play false 9 for last 4 games, with Louie Barry in there. What we've done all season hasn't worked.... at all! Time for one last roll of the dice - If we continue this form/tactics into the Palace game, we're done for certain.

I can't see the table changing personally. I've looked at the fixtures of our 3 competitors and tried to second guess results, and I think because of the 4 point gap we currently have, we'd need to win ALL FOUR of our remaining games to stand a chance. I don't think we'll claim another point - The team and manager are going backwards, and I fear the nail will be in our coffin after the final whistle of the Everton game.
