The masses got what they wanted but that is one heck of a slow team. We'll need to outfox them not outrun them.

So, Dean has finally gone two up top, but picked the weakest midfield he could muster.  Hologram and Nakamba together won't work.  Despite picking out Konsa, we are still playing without a recognised right back despite having one on the bench.  Lack of pace and physicality.  Not doing himself any favours. Saying that, have we got anything better on the bench? Not really.

Can't really argue with McGinn being dropped but not sure Hourihane has done an awful lot either.

As much as I love John McGinn, we've been playing with 10 men since the restart - Just hasn't been at the races. In all fairness, he wasn't pulling up any trees prior to his injury either... appears to have carried on that form.

Hopefully this gives him the kick up the backside he needs, and he can play the cameo super-sub until he's back into his form of old.

Alamo time.I want every man jack to lay their body on the line. Not to give in to any tackle. Not to lose a man.Win every 40/60.
Run off the ball,cover each other.Take a punt,take a risk.Win mofos.
(conscious that the Alamo was a failure)

Oh and Traore has started all their games on the bench I think.

We've been getting so many free kicks off fouls on Jack that I reckon it's worth having Conor in the side.  Set pieces look our most likely route to a goal at the moment.

Agreed. Slim pickings isn't it.

The only person who's earned a spot in that midfield on the basis of the restart games to date is Luiz really

This.  Nakamba is a poor footballer.   Dreadful purchase.

That's better but why not Elmo at right back?  Konsa isn't a right back.

Agreed, also Elmo can cross a decent ball to the big man seeing as we don't look to be playing with any wingers.

Yes, you can see the quality he has.  We need him and Jack to really hurt Wolves today, they're the only two players we have with any real quality.
