We play as badly as this on a pretty regular basis so I just can't see there's a reasonably argument for us getting the points we'll need to stay up.

There is literally nobody in the number ten position for us. Big empty space between Samatta and the midfield, where Jack should be.

Who?  Hologram?  Fatty Drinktoomuch?  There is no-one because we failed to address the physicality in the window.

Lots of camera cuts to Smith on the sideline.... mouth ajar.

Not showing ANY emotion, no hint of barracking the team telling them what to do. Does not have a fecking clue!

I've heard him all half blasting the players. Midfield duo have been hopeless.

Well it's not bloody working! He signed those players so he has NO excuse.

We’re just resorting to hopeless hoofs out of defence.

What a fucking waste of talent it is to have Jack wide left
You mean where he's been tearing teams apart all season and creating and scoring more chances than most other playmakers in the league.
Yeah, a real fucking waste.

Are you honestly going to tell me he wouldn’t be even better playing in a central role where he could influence both sides of the pitch. That he’s done as well as he has is all down to him.

.... Do they realise that that beaky c*** Le Tissier sits in the Sky studio taking the piss by celebrating.
Lescott with Le Tossier looking over his shoulder. The fucking dream team.

For a team to have players as good as Mings and Jack and still be this useless is quite an achievement.

Exactly, its not a bad team, we have players, they just lack direction, the manager is not getting any kind of game plan across to the players, either that or the players are just not listening.

Smith looks pretty pissed off to me. People see what they want to see sometimes.

This is as bad as we've been all season though, second to everything. We've got too many hot and cold players, last week we looked much better because the likes of Luiz and El Ghazi had good games. This week they along with Nakamba and the wing backs look atrocious. And we're been pressed to death.

We simply don't have enough steady eddie types in our squad. Yes they won't have massive sell on value but they'll give more consistant performances on the pitch week in week out which too many of our players can't as they're young and haven't played at this standard before.

Results aside this is my biggest problem with him. Any manager whose team is under the kosh for 90 mins and/or making a meal of it should at the very least look as if they care. He sort of hangs about like a man at a party where he doesn't know anyone, isn't quite sure why or how he's there, and can't think of anything to say to start a conversation. Hovering near the snack table, hoping someone will do it for him.
