Redmond being out is good news, he was excellent for them in the home game and pulled our defence about giving Ings more time and space.

Agree with Dave W Jack's gotta play in the middle.

Agree with Dave W Jack's gotta play in the middle.

Can't see it though, not in a 3-4-3.  Samatta in the middle, Jack one side, El Ghazi on the other.

I'd like to see him more central in a 3-5-2, ie

Reina
Konsa Mings Hause
Guilbert Luiz Jack Nakamba Targett
El Ghazi Samatta

That would be the By Popular Demand team. It'd be good to see if El Ghazi can play off a proper striker and please God Jack's been dropped back into the middle.

No keep Jack out wide. Southampton are playing a slow CM at right back today.

Tres pleased to see that TM is back today (and Drinkwater's on the bench). I'm starting to believe that we could actually get something this arvo.

I think we are a little more stable these days. It'll be alot closer than that one. Was it 6-1? Or 6-0? Awful.

Southampton have a rubbish home record. If ever there was a chance for an away win this is it.

All too well. Things were going so well up to that point under him, or perhaps more accurately, were going so well up to the second half of the West Ham the match before.

But anyway, that was then and this is now. Win this and we stay up, I'm calling it.
