Engels.

Without the massive bollock dropped last week, I'd have said Hause, but I'm concerned about Engels confidence.

Hause puts us under so much pressure with his complete inability to transition the ball quickly and effectively to a Villa player.

It might help if players actually wanted the ball. See our throw-ins too.

Douglas and Jack want the ball, Hause takes far too long to come to a decision and recycles it so cheaply its infuriating.

Hause is odd. I watch him close up at Stoke last season (think he was at LB that game) and he was calm and composed in possession every time, didn't hoof and didn't give it away once.

Can only think the quicker closing down is something he can't cope with but he dosen't half take an age to make simple clearances.

Think Engels will drop out anyway as Konsa-Mings-Hause has been our regular back 3 since new year.

Anyone having trouble with trains, my son is stuck at Lea Hall after getting on the train at New Street at 11, don’t think it’s happening

Probably not what you want to hear...

A fault on a train at Marston Green means the line towards Birmingham International is blocked. As a result of this, trains may be cancelled or delayed.

This is expected until 14:00.

Are you sure he's on the right train? There weren't any trains leaving New St to Southampton at 11am. 10.04, 10.33, after that is the 12.04 which arrives at Southampton Central at 15.04.

It was around 11 from New Street to Southampton, should have been in around 2. But a landslide near Winchester meant a change there then bus, but his train got stuck behind a broken train.

Sounds like the 10.33 arriving at 14.05. It's still listed as arriving on time but you know what trains are like in the UK..right now he should be on the train from Basingstoke to Winchester.

Fingers crossed for a result today. Worried about our defence but think we'll definitely put the ball in the net more than once. Whether or not VAR decides to rob us again is another story.

Up The Villa

Interesting team news from Saints....

Ward Prowse again at RB so have to get Jack lots of ball today. Got a player called Will Smallbone making his debut in midfield aswell.
