Is anybody else having problems buying tickets now the criteria have changed?

We have 3 season tickets so should be able to book after 5pm today - even had an email from club at 5.03pm - have clicked the link - I can select 3 seats but it won't let me buy them?

Any ideas?

Probably stating the obvious  , but have you re-assigned each seat to the other client references ?

In what way won't it let you buy? Are 3 items showing in your basket?

I have 3 seats and then choose the type of tickets then button is blue I click on it and it turns red and says I can't but at this time.

They won't go to basket so I can't assign to each individual ID

Dunno, mate. I had to do three earlier. Got them into my basket, reassigned references on 2, changed the price bracket for the nipper's, paid the bill.

Bit rubbish cos you might lose any specific seats, but if you've been logged in for a long time, perhaps try signing out and back in again.

Have tried several times but will do it again then wait till morning and ring the ticket office. Thanks for your help.

I have checked my history - the 3 tickets have had different histories - mine is 40+ years my son only 5 - grandson only 3 - but we can usually book online for away games.

Just a question with regards to travel - as anyone used the "big green coach" thinking of catching it from Stourbridge - but does not leave until 10.30 so not sure what time you get to Wembley?

Took about an hour to get through on the phone this morning. Found out that the online system had decided to make my son the only one who could book the tickets - when I have always done the booking. Got tickets in the area I wanted so no real problem - but whoever messes with the online system should be sent to watch Small Heath as a punishment.

Should be sometime between 1.30 and 2, just a warning I went last year on their Stourbridge coach and it didn't have any toilets.
