I presume he  will not have trained with the squad as he had no work permit and I think the Belgian League has been on  a winter break for a few weeks, so expecting him to make an impact from the start is putting a lot of pressure on the guy -does anyone know  is he multi lingual?
I wish him well but fear the level of expectation will be burdensome

When he is announced, with the shirt stretch, can we have a 24/48 punfest window to allow us all to get it out of our systems.

If we don't play Joe Dolce over the PA prior to his debut I will be gutted. It would be pure 'music theatre'.
Wasn't Joe Dolce from Sutton Coldfield? Is he still around ? If so he could sing the song in front of the Holte like that bloke singing Ynwa on the last day of the Holte terracing - against Liverpool

It's not clear whether we have, but the Mail and a few other journalists believe he'll be signed in time for Watford, so the presumption is yes.

I bet he won't be. I remember Ron Vlaar missing about ninety-seven successive games and he was going to be available for ninety-four of them. It's best to just assume the worst where we are concerned.

1. Very pleased to hear Samatta is ours in time for Tuesday 👍

2. So. Joe Dolce. If not Sutton Coldfield, is there at least a WM referent?

Renee was the woman, the geezer was Renato.  Sad that I know that I know, but there is a cafe/bar in Mere Green called Renato's with a big mural of the two of them and apparently owned by said crooner.

BFR was a regular, wasn't he?

Speaking of whom, my sister made my nephew get his photo taken with BFR a few months back when they ran in to him in their village's Tesco, despite him (my nephew) not having a clue who he was.

Also, Jack Grealish has bought a house across the road.

That's been your Barnt Green update. I'm Sexual Ealing, back to the studio.
