The commentator said Arsenal would feel aggrieved at the disallowed goal. On what possible grounds?

Because they feel aggrieved about absolutely everything that ever happens?

I don’t normally get too bothered by the motd analysis or the usual running order moaning but that was fucking outrageous. They genuinely didn’t mention us.  It was like Arsenal were playing some sort of simulator.

Very good choices - but why have they kept the talentless hyena that is Richards.

I have no idea what he actually brings to anything he is involved in.

(Wipes a little sick off his lips) i actually think Troy Deeney is head and shoulders above him as a pundit

You’ve got to be kidding. Deeney is absolutely terrible, despite him being a fellow Chelmsley lad who wanted to go out with my daughter. He was far too ugly for her, obvs.

I was amazed at MOTD last night. From the commentary, to the pundits barely mentioning us, to there even being a question about whether it was the correct decision to disallow the goal. Lineker said something like “with the rules as they are now, I suppose it’s the correct decision”, he punched it in FFS.

Agree I dont get as worked up as some normally, but that was unreal, we literally weren’t there to them

I like Ashley Williams and he likes the Villa - I think he has Brummie links, he once said a lot of his mates are Villa. He also called Digne one of the best crossers of the ball in the league. It's an easy pass for me.

He does not, he’s from Wolverhampton. And he barely mentioned us in his punditry.

Well he started off at Tamworth and then WBA, he's definitely been around us all his life. I've only ever heard him be quite positive about us.

There's only so much analysis they can fit on games after showing the highlights. A lot of people say they hate that part and fast-forward it. For the neutral, Arsenal going for the title and dropping two points is a bigger story than us coming back from two-down unfortunately.

MOTD "analysis" last night was appalling. Poor Arsenal didn't have their first choice defender and that was why they only drew. Poor Arsenal, the only side to have an injured defender...

He does.  His wife's side are all Villa. He'd have jumped at any chance to play with us but we never wanted him. He has no allegiance to us in the same way as I have no allegiance to the Blues but know plenty of them.

It's always the case. The perceived bigger clubs have their injuries focused on, the rest, it's hardly mentioned.

Even Arteta said one angle looks like there isn't and another looks like there is.

You should recognise it as troll posting for engagement. Seems to have worked for them with 400 replies compared to double figures on most other posts. They also state later in another tweet it was the correct decision.

Had me splitting my sides that one, as though that meant it was a matter of subjectivity.
