Rob Yates is having a miraculous spell here which has turned the game 4-7 so far and every time he takes a wicket he’s doing the McGinn glasses celebration!

Still wasn't enough to avoid defeat. Played ten, lost ten across the men's and women's teams.

Wonderful innings from Big Beau. Real cricket shots rather than slogging. Well done to Mousley as well for a good, unbeaten knock.

All this after I thought some poor bowling changes from Barnard in the second half of the Somerset innings had cost us the game.

RIP Keith Piper, a keeper who kept flawlessly to Allan Donald, Gladstone Small and a few other rapid bowlers. Probably the best wicketkeeper not to play for England too.

Only just seen this.  Very sad news and only 56 as well.  A great talent and an integral part of that great side of the 90's.
