He's got 12 months left.

I think he's good value for them at £3-4m, a bit like when we got Hause after promotion. We didn't see him as a starter, but at £3m for someone who had already settled and we knew we could rely on in a pinch, it was a no-brainer.

I think he was £9m for us, five year deal, so at that price we don't make a loss on FFP and get his wages off the books.

I think he cost us closer to £11m so we should be looking for more than £3-4m. Doubt we'll get our money back but anything in the £7-10m range would be very good business.

Yes, knowing Marv has become a key player for them means we should be starting at a higher asking price.

Yes, €12 million according to Wiki. This journalist seems to think they'll get him for free, not sure what he's been smoking. Why would we let him go for nothing, would make no sense at all.

He may have cost £11m but in amortisation terms, he'll be down to c£2.2m on the books. Anything north of that is positive for FFP

The further north it is though, the more positive it is for FFP.

I suspect it will be around £3m with add-on's if they survive.

I reckon his price has peaked, at least whilst with us.  £5m seems right to me.  Ask for too much and I fear we could have an El Ghazi situation where we end up with a non-playing depreciating asset.

He's not good enough for where we are hopefully heading. Which is a shame as he clearly always gives his best. There were those few games before his injury under SG where he was probably man of the match. But I think keeping him would mean no chance for the likes of Iroegbunam, who will hopefully be given a good assessment pre season.

Goes with best wishes, and a good reception when he plays against us next year

So £3m then.

Not too far north, Marvelous won't want to betray Zimbabwe.

Smethwick now interested in signing Marvelous. Hopefully the competition for his signature will drive up the price.

Not with the financial problems Olbiyun have.

He should be able to command a move to a PL club. Hopefully Luton can afford him. He's proved he's too good for the second division.

Ha, they should appoint Mariano Soso as manager.
