Just had a look Lizz, posted a few hours ago, no indication of when it was filmed but presume recently. It’s filmed by someone else but Luiz has got a phone in one hand whilst driving, so not great.

Edit. Suppose camera could be propped up by something.

Somebody else is filming him, but he's also got his phone in one hand, and is making dance moves with the other.  While driving, the colossal fucking bellend.

You must be fun at parties

Yeah, get me, not being happy that one of our players is filmed driving like an idiot, endangering lives. What a huge killjoy I am.

Yeah, after all, anyone he kills while driving like that should just get up and run it off.

Give him the benefit of the doubt. He's a gifted 22-year-old Brazilian international, playing for a team that's flying up the most competitive league in the world. He's no doubt on a fuckton of money too. I can forgive him his exuberance.

Agreed. Saw it, he's just listening and singing along to a bit of samba pagode. Compared to some of the driving in Rio it's like Driving Miss Daisy. ;)

Driverless vehicles and hands free driving technology has been available in Rio for about 50 years.

That buy-back clause that expires in the summer is starting to look a little less of a cause for panic.

Not sure what's happened to him. Is he trying to marshall the midfield but is lacking support from "Ginny" and Barkley ? His retention of possession has definitely got worse, hopefully it's just a little dip. He does get out-muscled at time, as does McGinn. They're both short-arsed compared to a lot of midfielders.

Poor again. Not having the strongest of seasons anyway, nothing like the player he was post restart last season. Getting outmuscled, not spotting runners, giving away a lot of free kicks and lacking courage to play on the half turn. Big shout to bring him back in tonight but didn't justify Smiths decision for me.

I don’t get the hype around him, not shit but never puts in a man of match performance.

He’s fantastic, had a few quiet games but the platform he creates makes us the team we are gong forward, normally.

Agree with Uknowthescore. Average player who used to be better than most of our team but we’ve got better and he no longer stands out. Luiz and Mcginn are probably the only two players who haven’t pushed on from last season. Smith needs to figure out our midfield. He’s picking who he thinks are technically the best players rather than thinking about which pieces go together. Picking Nakamba would allow Mcginn to play further forward, which comes naturally to him in the same way defensive play comes naturally to Nakamba. Ask people to do what they are good at rather than forcing them into roles just so you can fit them into the starting XI
