My 11 year who absolutely knows his football, plays in defence for his Sunday team, and loves Konsa. This time last year he was telling me what a top player Konsa was, better than Mings in his view, and that was when we were not very good.
Great bit of business this and shows a real intent from the club.

Really happy for the lad hes been outstanding
How he hasn't made the England Squad is a joke with the lack of quality in that position.

To be honest he should still be in it even if we had a few decent players.

He’s a top player and personally I think he’s the best English centre half about.

I think he'll be in after the Euros.

Yeah, as soon as either Maguire or Stones cost us the tournament with a calamitous mistake, he’ll get called up.

Precisely. Then he'll have 3 years to get used to it before the World Cup.

Did our local rag go with "Villa price Konsa out of dream move with five year contract"?

And Liverpool, Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea are continuing to monitor the situation

Or 1 year for Qatar 2022.

There was a moment in the first half when Mitrovic spun Mings on the halfway line and could of had a clear run through or played the ball through, Konsa read this and put his leg between Mitrovic's legs and gave a little tug killing the momentum dead.

It was clever and a bit of a shit house move. Fulham momentum ended, we re-grouped and no yellow card.

I get the impression that that was the Terry effect.
