There is twitter footage of Wesley back on his feet.
He has posted footage of him on an exercise bike and today showed he posted images of him going for a gentle jog.

Sounds good but all this is at his home (presumably in Brazil) and he was out jogging on a concrete road.

I am sure the club must be in control of his rehab, but it all looks a bit amateurish and not what you would expect to see for a multi million pound footballer.

He's definitely in Brazil, saw it mentioned in a report earlier.

He can't play again this season anyway as he was dropped from the squad of 25. Same as Tom Heaton I believe.

As the footballing world seem to be making it up as the go, why not add in re-registering players.  Particularly as players at the end of their contract in June and who have signed pre-contract agreements for next season will be off to their new clubs.

Just an aside, but Tom Heaton was interviewed the other day and said he's almost at the jogging stage. Reckoned he could do more but is being held back by the medical team.

If they expect to play a lot of games in a short space of time then not allowing players to play who have recovered from injury would be absolutely mad.

Any footage of him doing any heading practice?

Recently or ever?  :D

Shooting, passing, not falling over practice will be a priority once he is fit again

Ironic that he had his best-ever game for us in the game where he was so badly injured.

i think that was a reference by Dean to something that happened earlier in Wesley's recovery.
