No kids membership pack yet. Which is of course the priority.

Thanks for contacting membership services.

We were awaiting the stock for the membership packs to arrive at warehouse - this took place last week for the adult packs and they began to be dispatched from there. And like you say, you have since received yours.

As no packs had been sent since the start of the season, there is currently a large backlog which we are making our way through. We are also expecting another delivery of stock for the junior packs, so bear with us. The details are up on the dispatch system for your son's pack waiting to be processed so it should go out soon.

Got my lads 3 days after he had an adult one, they sent me an email acknowledging the mistake.

I received mine several weeks ago... and I'm no longer even a member!

So my claret membership expired a couple of days ago and, notwithstanding what it says on the FAQs, I have received no communication whatsoever as to whether my membership has auto renewed (I suspect it hasn't) or asking me if I will like to renew my membership for the coming year. From a commercial point of view, the organisation really does seem to be as half arsed as ever it was.

I've had notification that mine didn't (I have a new card). I'm not convinced it's worth doing for next season. There will hardly be any tickets, my sone waited until after the season to get his 'gift' (and I waited til April).

I would say that if you are in the market for a season ticket, next season is the one to make sure you go to some games.

The number of spare seats will mean fewer points being shared round the membership, and the following season the new North should see the largest number of new season ticket seats released for years.

It could be the best opportunity to get one in a long time.

I had at least 2 email warnings (I think 3) that it wasn't renewing before it officially ended.

i wouldn't trust the auto renew feature as far as i could throw it so i'd just sign up again if i were you

Interesting. That's what I should have received, but never did.
