The bastard! Well I received the new stuff but I'm new to the claret membership, he renewed but received the old stuff again. Strange. I'm going to kick down some doors!

I was told I would be auto-renewed but as far as I know, the kids have and I haven’t been. Great. They’re too young to go on their own so it’s a complete waste of money.

We’re so shit at this stuff.

For a business to fail to auto renew people who have asked to be auto renewed is pretty staggering, really.

I was unsure what or if it would happen but I received a text message the day before they intended to renew and a welcome email once it had been done.

When did he renew?
In a weird cycle with my Dad and my youngest in that I set up Claret/Cubs midseason so I always get whatever the new thing is for them way after the event.
If he renewed just before the new stuff came out and maybe had that bottle for the first time, might explain it.

I think he did renew pretty early, but he already has the bottle from last time. So now he has 6 with his 2 kids getting the bottles again as well!

Got my travel mug yesterday. I am not really a posh coffee aficionado.

Does it work like a thermos flask?

If I make myself a tea before heading to Villa Park 45 mins later will it still be warm?

It should still be warm but probably won’t be piping hot. I’ve used mine a few times and the only gripe I have is it doesn’t fit properly in the cup holder in my van.. oh well.

I received a birthday card from the club a full week before the date as well.

It will when you reach the ground...but by the time you get in it'll be stone cold!

Well I never. There was a birthday card (over a week early) waiting for me at home.
