Yes, my Arsenal ticket has also now come through, and into Google Wallet.

Mine (for nephew & Mr Amfy) did auto renew but the website still said that neither of them could buy tickets (exceeded their allocation).
£85 on memberships that didn’t work when I wanted.
Not happy!

Same here Amfy- I could have sworn that membership allowed you to order tickets for games ahead of general sale. When I tried last season it came up with the same message as yours. To say I was miffed would be an understatement. My problem is that I can't find the original terms and conditions which were with the on-line application. However in the bigger scheme of things a comparatively small complaint I suppose.

I've had that message before when I'm not logged in properly.

I was definitely logged in properly. I did it exactly as I did last season and double checked it several times whilst I was trying & failing to get tickets. It actually prompts you if you aren’t logged in properly anyway.

As a season ticket holder I can’t log in when it goes on sale to claret members, so I log in as my nephew as I hold his log in details, and then re-assign his ticket to Mike.

…..& Virgil…you don’t need the terms & conditions. Monday at 5pm was when tickets went on sale to Cubs and Claret members. It’s there in the ticket sales dates. Couldn’t be clearer & I have no idea why it didn’t work for us.

Can’t even be bothered to ring the ticket office right now because I was stretched at £55 a ticket, there’s no way I’m paying more now none of those are left.

There’s a few reasons why that can happen. The ones that may be relevant in your case are:

1) You’ve tried to allocate an adult ticket to a kids membership which it won’t allow.

2) You’ve tried to allocate a kids ticket to an adult membership which it also won’t allow.

3) You’re tried to buy a kids ticket in a part of the ground where they only allow adults (most of the central areas of Trinity and Doug Ellis).

4) You’ve tried to buy the wrong combination of adult and kids in the family area.

5) You need to allow 3 days after purchasing the membership before they become active to purchase tickets.

6) I assume you have the multiple memberships linked into one family account?

There are a few other oddities that I come across from time to time when I’m trying to purchase multiple tickets for a group of adults and kids.

The memberships are quite specific for that person and so you need to make sure you meet the exact criteria of ticket matching the correct membership.

So another example is I was buying an U14 ticket for one of my mates kid… but i didn’t realise that he was turning 14 before the match date. Got the same message about exceeding allocation and couldn’t figure out why for ages.

A quick question if anyone can advise. Ta!
I have downloaded my two Arse tickets in Trinity B2 onto Google Wallet on my phone. One is for another member. Can I forward it to them using the share function in Wallet (they have an i-Phone not an Android like me)? Or is it possible/easier to simply pass them my phone once I have scanned through?

Unless anything has changed, the other person should be able to see their ticket via the app, if they are linked. If not,you should have been sent an email, in which case, forward it on their email.

I did exactly the same as I did last season. Logged in as my nephew, wouldn’t let me buy him a ticket, re-allocated to My husband, wouldn’t let me buy him one either. That system has worked perfectly well for me for about 3 seasons but not this time.

I am on auto renew but this year I think there was a gap, & I suspect that in that gap, the ticketing and membership accounts have become unlinked.

Despite difficulties on a few days it let me, finally, get a ticket for Arsenal. This was prior to renewal and I’ve had notification via text and email that my membership has auto renewed.
It appears that they no longer send the ticket in pdf via email. I’ll have to get tech savvy and use apple wallet for the first time!

I've also had to install and use Google Wallet for the first time. Bit miffed tbh, but what can you do?

Cheers. I can see the two tickets on my app and the other person's ticket on their app. On both apps there is no option to download or forward (this is greyed out) the ticket. It seems that the only option is to use the Wallet links in the e-mail that you are sent as you say.

Also, what if that person couldn't go? Would it be a problem if I sent the mail to another person?

We signed up for Claret membership last week. They charged us £20 delivery fee to Mexico but what is it we are actually getting delivered?

Is it a phyiscal card? Anything else come with it?

Our two ticket accounts have evolved slightly. They now show "Distribute" and "Recall" buttons for our Arse tickets (but the option to select a ticket is greyed out). Plus there is no 'Reissue' option as stated. Is this some sort of Pravda Season Advent calendar type slow reveal? It is all very unintuitive, confusing, and frankly, it dissonates my cognition.
