Well by 14.30 today think we will no if we have any hope at all. If Watford or West Ham win they are safe we will not get 8 points from our last 4 no chance.
i think they both have enough points allready.

Agreed. Iíve been watching the other games quite closely, but I wonít be today. Iím sick of the desperation of hoping all the other shit clubs around us lose just to preserve our sorry corpse.

Whatever happens will happen. If Watford had 29 points, theyíd be safe from us.

Iíve a horrible feeling that this is the day when all of the chickens come home to roost. Relying on Norwich, the worst team in the division and Newcastle, the team that when theyíre bad they really are awful, to do is favours. 2 sides that across 4 games couldnít even beat us.

Iím at peace with it all. Itís a fucked up year as it is with Covid proving there is so much more to life than a of this.

There is no guarantee come next season fans can come back to stadiums. Itís all going to be very artificial. So if we are down we will be the biggest team in the Championship by far with  the core of a squad that should do just fine and thatís with whoever we end up selling. We will have a chance to rebuild properly. None of this will take away from the great day that was last May when we went up or the optimism that followed it. So as shit as the moment will be if it happens take it in stride. And if by some miracle we stay up then great. We will need an incredible plan and significant change to ensure this doesnít happen again.

And in the second most predictable thing in football outside of Aston Villa nil, Norwich go behind to West Ham.

Yep Had plenty of time to get used to liklihood and no problems with the Championship as far as entertaining football is concerned. Apart from the obvious usual suspects the Premier is full of canon fodder whose main objective is to avoid the trap door. Football needs a reset and I thought this health crisis might be a catalyst for that. Tlme will tell

In a way the best thing will be for West Ham to win and and be safe when we play them. We need Watford and Bournemouth to lose but most of all take care of our own business. Something I have little to no faith on us doing based on the evidence thus far.

I hope they both drop points today and in theory we could be ahead of both next Thursday. Why do I do this to myself every week?

West Ham's resurgence was predictable. I stuck Antonio in my fantasy team for Grealish several weeks ago, after having Jack there prior to that all season. I'd prefer to have been wrong, mind...

WH will be on the beach by the time they play us, sadly they will be for the Watford game also.

Time to go back to your constituencies and prepare for relegation.
