Beat Arsenal at home and we would be 2 points behind them

One game at a time mind. Let's get Samagoal up and running against Bournemouth and see if we can add a bit more quality too.

It's really amazing that United haven't sacked Solskjaer yet. I really don't get why they haven't.

I was thinking that last night when I heard the result. Him being a cult hero probably has something to do with it but he won't be there next season.

Just checked the odds at managers to leave before the end of the season and the only managers more likely to leave than no manager (8/1) are:
OGS 6/4; Eddie Howe 11/2 and Dean Smith (8/1). the rest are 20s plus.

OGS needs to hang on in there until after we've played them

Nuno is only available at the end of the season.

Sky have announced that since Alex Ferguson left the club in 2013 they have spent 1.18 billion on players, not exactly great recruitment!

Apparently, since he has been made permanent manager, OGS has lost more matches then he has won. Long may it continue.

It all started to go to shit for him the moment they made him permanent.

To be fair, they've hardly got the best squad of players.. Maybe they'll get Big Sam in...

I think pretty much everyone on here were all for this appointment and predicted the subsequent ManU demise. They're not going to get relegated this season but it may set them back 4 or 5 seasons if they don't appoint the right manager to replace OGS in the summer. A bit more humiliation would be nice too, even a false dawn, where they get to Wembley to meet us in the final for us to repeat '94.

I think Manure will pretty much write off this season and replace Solskjaer in the summer. Although i don't know what their expectations are given that they didn't even give Moyes a full season and sacked Van Gaal and Mourinho despite them both winning trophies. If they are going to keep sacking any manager who doesn't win the league within a couple of years they will go back to being the United of the seventies and eighties. In fact they pretty much already have.
