Not at all, I'm glad you brought it up. If I'm going to be wallowing later I need the bath as full as possible!

We were saying the same last season about how together and likable the squad was, how great Appleyard, Snodgrass and so on were around the place.

Even if we win and end up going up the squad will be very different next season.

As John says, the only way we don't do this is if we fail to perform to our own standards, if we do perform then there isn't a side in this division that can live with us.

Fuck 'em all, we're back.

I feel sick.
And me. My stomach's been churning all day.

Villa haven’t won at The Hawthorns in our last seven attempts.

We only need to draw.

Beer is the answer for me! And endless vaping. My missus has gone out for the night as I sit in front of the radio (Yardley isn’t great for live games with a nice crowd...)

Getting a tad nervous now but I’m sure we’ll be ok. Just been with wife and kids for a couple of drinks in town. Hope the noses don’t mind.
It was Barnstaple town mind.

They've won 2 of the last 15 at The Hawthorns.

Nice. Explains why the shortest odds are a draw.

We need to silence the crowd early on, dominate the ball, close them down & hopefully get a goal. The crowd will soon turn.
It's ours for the taking. As long as we don't give it away, we'll be fine.

Shocking. If you weren’t born within a butterfly’s eyebrow of st martins.....I’m sure the noses are otherwise engaged making reasons if we win or lose. Chelmsley Wood will be like a fortress tonight as they welcome their stripey brothers to the fold as they try and work out which one hates the villa more than them.....

Fuck the Albion!!!

アルビオンをファック!

Is that Katakana?

Mostly, yes, mate. And a tiny bit of hiragana.

Fuck the Albion!!!

アルビオンをファック!

Foda-se o Albion!!!

Ha! It was the first Portuguese I ever learnt when drinking in Bairro Alto during Euro 2004. Full teaching credit goes to the lovely Dora, and I remember it as if it was yesterday!

How well did you get to know Dora? Was it well enough to explore her?

Are we all going to have a guess at how many pages the Albion/Villa match thread will reach on Small Heath Alliance tonight? Double figures easily.

Just seen this, mate. Ha! Well enough, shall we say.
