Just saw that it is this Villa giant is 85 today. I hope he will be at the final game of the season, and that the club and fans show their appreciation.

After I got him to ring my Dad on his 70th birthday, My Dad decided to return the favour today and rang him to wish him Happy Birthday!

My Dad says he seemed quite pleased to hear from him - but my dad has quite a high opinion of himself!

I’m too young to appreciate him as a player but the coverage of the 1957 Cup final in the BBC official history video was brilliant. I particularly enjoyed the interview with the ref.
