I'm sure I saw yesterday that he was lined up for a loan to Nantes?

He'll probably move to a club down the south of France somewhere in January. Bad English can keep an eye on him - as long as he doesn't fatten him up with all that wine.

canít people just make there own minds up when they see both players play on numerous occasions instead of looking at a load of stupid stats that can be interpreted to whatever you want

I donít need stats to see that Freddie is a better all round footballer that Elmo and a lot younger so is a better bet for the future
which is why I think thereís something else driving this 3rd choice thing

He really is not a better all round footballer than Elmo, and thankfully the manager of the club agrees with me!

Iíd say heís a better tackler and a bit quicker than Elmo. He loses out though on passing, crossing, and and positional discipline. Neither of them are first choice or ever likely to be so itís a decision on who you want as back. Itís Elmo for me.

Agree with this - I'd add that Elmo is much better in the air and stronger mentally as well.

If we plan to keep then getting game time is not a problem. Presumably we are savvy enough to have a clause in for call back if cash gets injured

Shame, seemed a decent character, if a little naive as a footballer.
