Paul McGrath?
Just the one I remember. Nigel Clough turned him in a game against Forest.

Really poor header by Tyrone, no excuses.

Anyone else see his superb clearance off the line a few minutes earlier?  Yeah, I know it was offside, but that's what he offers.

That is just not possible. Unless he was playing with a broken foot, and then only maybe.

Another solid performance. Seems to be an Alan Wright scapegoat figure on here at times but for me he’s Villa through and through and an absolute stalwart.

Interesting thing you say there about Alan Wright as I don’t recall him being a scapegoat at any time…..in fact I thought the Holte End loved him?
It has been quite a few ears though  :D

Maybe wrong Woody but seem to recall Alan Wright always being on the receiving end of the hot potato. I could well be wrong, it’s been a while!

I think Charles was often unfairly singled out from those days.

But I can see why people preferred Diana.

I know he was popular, but I always had a real problem with Alan Wright as a player.
