Setting off now for Trent Bridge hoping for a great days cricket to justify what’s going to be a circa £250 bill😳

I hope you've packed a lot of water and sunscreen, looks like it's going to be a very hot first day or 2. I think the report earlier was saying it'll feel like 36-37c for the players so might be one where the spinners do more work than you might expect on day 1.

That's about as big a toss to win as it gets in England. Batting last on a pitch that has baked in extreme heat is going to be a nightmare

It’s got the feel of a 330+ for maybe 2 to it at the minute…

It feels inevitable that NZ bat for 5 and a bit sessions, let England bake and then frazzled batsmen minds see England get bowled out reasonably cheaply in their first innings.

Not a criticism. It would be the same if England were batting now. The toss was absolutely critical
