Looks like Villa have got the better of this - financially at least.

Have we heard any updates on Kortney's injury and rehab? I presume we'll be looking to loan him out again this season, if he's fit.

So he's returned to us but he's going to be registered to Watford for the season? What good is that?

Feel a bit sorry for Kortney. Played his part in getting us promoted in 2019, has never really let us down when called upon. Guy can't catch a break when it comes to injuries.

Some usernames make me smile and this is certainly one of them.

We've also got Pat "hairy baby maker" Mustard and Larry Duff, who's tremendous fun, on these boards

I used to like 'Lost in Munich' which often resulted in the song being stuck in my head. Paranoid Ormondroyd was another which was a hoot.

Tokyo Sexwhale sounded the most original and fucked-up funny until it emerged he was a real person, with an important, serious job in politics an'stuff.

Even so, it and boutrosboutrosgnarly are my two favourites.

You say that, but he was like a spinning top against Man City when they beat a 6-1 at home
One of the worst centre back performances I’ve ever seen and he wasn’t alone on that day

Seems a nice guy, but nowhere near good enough for the Premier League

I've only just realised, reading this, that Lost In Munich is a play on Lost in Music. It had never occurred to me. D'oh.

That hadn't occurred to me, but it's also a movie title.

I'd forgotten about Hause. I know he won't be on much (comparatively - he's living the life of Riley compared to you and I) but how long are we left lumbered with him? He's not going to play for us again, are Watford obliged to buy him?
