I went to Deepdale as a lad when Tom Finney was in his pomp. In the intervening period Deepdale has gone through Astroturf and flatpack makeover phases. It is now an historic football history site in a middle class suburb. Not a proper pub or chip shop within (old bloke) walking distance.Us Two them Ought as my father used to say.

Rough as a badger's arse. And there's a chippy the other side of Blackpool Road.
We seem to have been a lot more defensively solid away from home recently (only conceded 2 in the last 4 away games and they were both at Albion) so hopefully we can continue that and get a convincing win tomorrow.
