I don't think the crowd will be affected by much. They'll likely bring a few less but we'll still have around the same; most supporters people who like to sit on their sofa or live in a country that shows endless Premier League football probably think football's a Sunday sport anyway.

Yeah FA sold out a few seasons back so more games can be screen on a Sunday for overseas rights holders and ahem betting websites....basically means FA cup third round day on a Saturday is pretty much a non event. And you can watch the game if you have a casual punt on Bet365.

I see the Arsenal game is a week of my Mum's birthday (yes she supports them). Anyone know how much hospitality is these days in the Trinity central bit? I'm sure a few years back it was around 80 quid. If it's still around that figure then makes sense to watch it that way given standard tickets will be 50 quid in most parts of the ground.

Not after a fancy meal or anything but just interested how much a bog standard padded seat would cost?

Shitloads plus VAT. For some reason the Villa are very reticent about giving away the exact figure.

On a match by match basis, think it's about £275 per person in the 82 restaurant. You have to buy drinks in there for that as well.

O.k.......

Is that the general ballpark figure aswell for the gas lamp lounge experience that got opened a few years back? Just access to a bar in North stand and then you get central seats in Trinity (without any of the hospitality bells and whistles on top).

If it is I'll probably just watch it with her at the same place as last season's underwhelming Saturday lunchtime defeat to them, the Royal in Sutton Coldfield.

I don't know. The season ticket price is £1,450 though, so on a per match basis that's £76. Assuming they charge a bit more maybe for single matches, I would still think it's going to be less than a £100.

https://www.avfc.co.uk/hospitality/seasonal-packages/gas-lamp-lounge/. That doesn't strike me as bad value at all. My mate pays about 5 times that at Arsenal.

When is the next round of televised games being announced? Anyone know if Everton away is in danger of moving at all?

Announcements for March scheduled for next Wednesday 25th. Although they're frequently a day or so late.

All the TV fixtures for the Everton away weekend already announced so you’re safe. As Lsvilla said we’re waiting for the March games now.

West Ham will be moved I reckon.

Hopefully we get both home games staying at 3pm Saturday as been a famine of those this season. Got the feeling one of them will get moved to a monday night though to fill quotas.

I think the Palace home game on 4 March should be safe as a Saturday 3pm kick off, looking at the other games currently scheduled for that weekend.

The trouble is the Unai revolution hasn’t gone totally unnoticed so we may get fucked around again.

Might be a bit late a reply but i paid £120 (inc VAT) for the Gas Light Lounge v Leeds.  Got some hot snacks, one free drink, programme etc and the padded seat.
