The absolute bag of monkeyspunk drinkers

I moved a holiday to go on Sunday 10th so i could be at the game and now take off at KO so cannot even see it on phone / tv - the fucking wankers.

Tbf, the Spurs game was always going to be on the 10th, TV or no TV, as we have a European game on the Thursday before.

I’ve no idea why that hadn’t already been signalled as we knew back in December after the Zrinjski game. They could have put it at 2pm on the Sunday then just moved it back an hour for TV.

Never had a good meal in a harvester. The one by Stoke ground served me battered fish with raw batter. Think that was the last attempt.

The Bassets Pole used to do a pretty good breakfast, unlimited coffee/ tea and toast to go with it for about £7, has recently been done out and been once since and they’ve changed the offer now.

Does anyone know when they will announce the games in April that will be shown on the telly?

Selfishly, moving the Brentford game on Saturday 6th April at 3.00 would do me a favour. ;)

Game v Man City away still on 03/04/2023 but now live on TNT and a 20:15pm ko

Game v Arsenal away still on 13/04/2023 but now live on SKY and a 17:30pm ko.....that game will be moved to the Sun probably if Villa progress in Europe

Not all the games have been chosen for the end of April according to PRAVDA

I hope so for the obvious reasons and it'll mean I can watch it without taking a shift off...

That’ll be 17 times (league games only) live on telly for us up to and including the Arse game. Anyone know how many times we were on last season?

Bugger!

Now very likely I will have to disappoint my new employer (The FA) that I'm not attending something they expect me to.

Is 17 a record for us? I guess we weren't  box-office in '92/93 (but should have been) although Sky obviously showed far fewer games then (but had 4 more match-days).

16 I've just checked, good old Wikipedia.

17 on Sky & TNT.

Newcastle away
Everton home
West Ham home
Forest away
Spurs away
Sheff U home
Everton away
Sheff Utd away
Manure home
Luton away
Spurs home
Wolves home
Brighton home
Newcastle home
Arsenal home
Man City away
Arsenal away.

Man City on Amazon but I didn’t count that as ‘chosen’ as they have all the games from a particular week.

Whoops! I thought you were correcting me and now I see you were very kindly answering my question. Thanks Richard!

I think it’s something like £750k for each appearance, so I heard on a pod recently.
