Had to get up at 6am for work and saw I'd received a few messages from my dad. It took me a while realise what he was talking about.

It then dawned on me that he was talking about the Villa game; 'Villa playing poorly', 'I can see why you get so pissed off', 'Jedinak is fucking cumbersome. I don't like him'.

It's such a shame to forget we were playing. After seeing the lineup, match report and scoreline...maybe not.

Were we that poor tonight?
Apart from about 10 mins Yes

Looking for an appropriate Thread -
Re- Our New Owners
Re- Their knowledge of "Soccer"
Re - Their nonsense "leaks" of £25 Million Transfers !
Re - When we are Very, very close to Embargo

Re- I'm going in the Doghouse Again
  :D

After my early Anti-Xia posts I knew I was toxic

... but, what the hell...Villa comes First. ;D

Not owners-of-toys....Part Two...NO...Part Three

I'm getting wound-up again... and Steve's Bloated Sainthood -- from this  "Soccer-Ignorami" - could well get me banned if I let leash

Better that I keep schtum, and search for an outlet Thread.

You Guys carry on... you are doing Great   ;D

If we currently didn't have a manager, I don't imagine Bruce would be on the owners' shortlist.

They'll can him when it's convenient.

Oddly, I think he would. They'd look at the potential in the assembled squad, and think that the missing piece of the puzzle is a promotion specialist manager.

Welcome back Alf. We all feel your pain, I think, even if we might sometimes put it differently :) UTV

I’ve come to the conclusion that watching Villa is a form of self harm. My eyes have only just stopped bleeding

Like Mourinho, Bruce has has lost a parent(s) this year. Combine that with pressure of football management and I think both could do with some time out of football for their sakes as much as ours.

You could well be right, but their huge egos & bloated salaries prevent both from recognising what the rest of us peasants can see.
