Bit of a dull game, so far.

Reading came into it more after our decent start, and we looked a bit ponderous in the attacking third.

A pre-season feel to things at the moment.

What a Fcukin load of shite.
From what I saw (about 18 minutes in) it wasn't even that good.

Looked like 2 mediocre teams that haven't got too many attacking ideas.

Awful, awful display of football.
Why the fuck he has sent them out to play at walking pace is beyond me.

Usual Villa, one game we played well, now back to dross again. Wake them up Bruce, kick their backsides at half time and speed up their attacking, far to slow so far to break their defence down.

Far too slow in moving the ball. You see what a quality passer like Whelan can do to the tempo, as Thor, ok defensively, cannot pass water.

Hutton has been atrocious, Elmo just as bad. The midfield is too deep and it's been far, far too lacklustre.

Very poor.

I think it's safe to say that was our poor half.
