Wait and see i think. If he's broken like some Everton fans are claiming then we'll see if he's not all pace. I don't think he is tbh and hopefully he'll still be able to use his undoubted ability to make a difference even if he's lost some of the speed.

To be honest many Villa fans thought Kodjia was broken before Wednesday. Players can come back.

I didn't really want him but now he's here I hope he proves me wrong and provides goals and assists.

Why not ? Out of interesting any reasoning (I may have missed you saying sorry)

Is it his age ?
His injury record
Or his perhaps erratic style of play
How he will disrupt the squad  //team
balance ???

I do think he has ability and capable at championship level .

Are you of opinion ability wise he not a good fit or good enough ?

Yours curiously .

It's that far too often he'll beat his man and then fuck up the next bit. Pretty much the same thing we said about Traore and the same thing Adomah got criticised for a few days ago.  Bolasie has always struggled with his crossing and his shooting is worse which is why, despite looking good on highlights, his record in terms of goals and assists isn't very impressive.

A classic Steve Bruce signing. Able to conjure up a bit of quality on occasion but lacks the consistency to be a real top player.

Interesting to see how he does at a lower level though; the key this season is rotation of the squad that was non existent last year. Snodgrass for example tailed off badly as he  as was never rested.

The other drawback is when the players come in they know it doesn’t matter how they play they will be out again when the 1st choice are back.

yeah i nearly made that point myself. Its just that whatever way you look at it, a cruciate knee injury is very bad and lots of players don't come back the same as before

He's been in the Championship Team of the Year and he was good enough to inspire someone to pay £25 million. He might not live up to that price tag, but he should be more than good enough to be one of the most exciting players in the league.

Reckon could turn out to be a superb signing, certainly his pace is something we badly need.

Yes he's wayward and sometimes very wild but like Traore he's exciting and fun to watch and will bring something different to team

"It's Premier League everywhere you look." That's a f*cking great line.

Must have missed the manager's office.

That looked like an absolutely unbelievable save by Nyland.

It might have even gone in. And he then saved the follow up. Superb

AVTV hasn't evolved regarding replays, yet.

He'll soon realize his mistake when he finds himself looking back down the pitch and seeing the fucking comedy of errors called a football team behind him

Maybe we will just win every game 4-3? Who wants one-nils anyway? 😊

Clearly not us!

Pointless signing unless we get a decent target man in
