Like many players we have had in our history and certainly in the past 3 seasons, had they been better they might not have been with us in the first place. AEG played a massive role in us coming up and staying up. And for where we were he paid mack his loan fee and transfer fee many times over. For where we are now going he isn't going to provide us with the quality or consistency we need. And that will apply to others too that will fall by the wayside as we hopefully improve our standing in the game.

I can see El Ghazi making Lingard moves and being prolific for Everton. He's better than anything they currently have and with a run of games his shooting will lead to goals.  Quality player to me just needed fine tuning
Disappointed he wasn't actually given the opportunity of others and I will be watching closely how he performs .
Good luck to him as he's proven now at this level and needed a run of games which Gerrard won't give him

If El Ghazi is just a bit part player at Everton then that's scandalous as Norwich with Dean he would help the attack no end.
I think Villa I'm respect to Dean Smith should have been offered first refusal sometimes and chance on any of our players for loans as a good will gesture.

Norwich would be perfect for him Steer, Davies Targett and several of our younger players to aid them in battle to stay up.
Nakamba too if Villa brought in replacement and even Trezeguet too though he must be given a chance for me as he's earned it

Good Luck Anwar El Ghazi!

I don’t think he’d be a good fit for Norwich right now as it’s very difficult going to a team that are struggling and, as good as, relegated.
In the championship they will, without doubt, be up the top, and he would be able to settle in easier.
Same would apply to the other names you mention, except Targett, who is a mid to top half Prem player

Offering our players to Norwich first just because we sacked Smith is just nonsense. The player has to think of his career as well.

As for El Ghazi, he's been a good signing for the money. He wasn't brilliant but by no means terrible either. A player we'll look back on with fondness I think. Good luck to him.

El Gonezi.
Can you explain that in the Thomas Muller style?
Der Mann ist gegangen.

Good luck Anwar.
A great servant to the club and model pro, at a time when we needed some faith restored between our fans and our players.
Be shit against us and good in all the other games.

If Monday was his last appearance in a Villa shirt, thank you and best of luck in the rest of your career. I always retain a respect and fondness for players from those periods in our history where we have had to get back to the top division.

Odds Checker are showing that you can get 9/1 against Anwar scoring the first goal against Manure, and 50/1 against him getting a hat-trick.

On loan so won't be involved next week.

Everton pretty certain to have new manager v us next week if they lose to Norwich as that is sackable offence.

Hopefully Rafa holds on for another week. Rooney surely inbound at Everton.
