Thought he generally had a frustrating day today (he wasn't alone) but you can't argue when he's knocking them in. A very Trez like goal, ghosting in at the far post. Brilliant.

He seems happy to take players on and beat them, I guess this comes with confidence and he is playing well.  Certainly in on merit at the moment.

Amazing how consistent he has become; perhaps one of the benefits of being put under pressure for his place?

Both he and Martinez have been nominated for Premier League player of the month.

Do we know how this is voted on or do we just have to leave to the Manchester United Board to tell us?

VAR will decide. 4 men in a darkened room, all dressed in full kit, complete with whistle. They will flash the result up after the second penalty decision during ManUre's Fa Cup game.

Rhetorical question but with him getting shortlisted, banging in a few important goals, if we were to sell him this window, how much would we get for him?

This guy gets a lot of stick but he really has been a pivotal part of our recovery since he joined.  Some vital goals.  I love the bloke.  And he can take a penalty.

Since Conor left he's got the best shot at the club. Lots of power, little back-lift. Has learned the Trez knack of ghosting in at the back post too.

A match winning performance by Anwar. Tired n the 2nd half but on the whole played very well. A confidence player!

Surely one of the most Jekyll and Hyde players we’ve ever had?

When he is on it, he is direct, running at players, scoring goals and getting nominated for player of the month.

When he’s not, he looks like he’s never seen a football before.

Need to keep him on the left as this is where he is best, obviously presents problems once Jack is back. Well played tho, lad.
