Thought he was good. When we were struggling he was one of the few really playing with energy.

Probably the best player during our shit spell. End product often lacking but he’s lovely to watch cutting in and running at defenders and always ties up players

He was good first half, little bit more quiet second but he's a real threat when he's on the ball now.

If you asked me even in February I'd have said no chance signing him full time but he has done well last two months and been a key player in the run. Clearly a player who is beginning to click from the coaching on training ground so yes worth signing for 5m especially as we'll lose an attacking player or two this summer.

He was down a long time but no obvious injury as such? Hopefully ok for Tuesday?

He was superb today, so good to have players who can create and change a game especially if we have a couple not quite on form. I hope we sign this fella.

Fair play to him. He's observing Ramadan so is fasting. Deano said he was just knackered at the end rather than injured.

He was certainly one of our better players again today and have to respect his religious beliefs. Bit worried about Tuesday, he will have fasted for longer.

It's a night game so he can take on food.

First half will be right at the end of the fast though which will be tough, though eg Brum Central Mosque’s Iftar is 8.56pm that day, no idea which he’d go by, but he should be able to eat right before the 2nd half, and maybe the odd snack during 2nd, I’m sure they are on the case.

He worked his knankers off today. Big future in the game and if not with us, I wish him all the very best.

I hope it is with us. For the agreed fee he’s a bargain.

Muslim mate says 9pm, but Deano says they have been monitoring things apparently. He was excellent today and against a team that need to win I think he will be superb again
