Goals wise he scored more than the three of them together.

I'll oblige (premier league only):

AEG  71 appearences, 15 goals, 5 assists. So 1 invovlement every 3.5 matches.
Buendia  48apps, 5g, 6a. 1/4.3
Coutinho 31apps, 5g, 3a. 1/3.9
Bailey 30apps, 3g, 4a. 1/4.2

So better goalscoring than all of them but not enough assists really. Also 6 penalties in that 15 makes a big difference.

He was ok, and was a really important player for us in the promotion season and the first year back but his very best is fairly similar to those 3 when most agree they've all been below par. If we can get them organised and playing to their strengths I suspect the stats will look very different once they each get to the 71 appearance mark.

Yep, and whilst it's clear to me their ceilings are higher, we could have saved the fees, wages etc. to get the same result. Anyway, under the new manager, I'd expect those stats to change significantly.
