SJM now has more goals in major international finals than Roy Keane.

A bit late to mention it, but his goal reminded me of the commentary from the semi-final second-leg.

When he scored our third or fourth goal, McCoist said something like ‘rest him up now for the final and the World Cup’.

Fletcher replied ‘I’m sure he’ll be fine for Scotland’s three games Ally’.

Why on earth was there even a question about McGinn starting for Scotland ffs. He's their best player by a country mile. Play Villa formation, stick him on the right and let him run the game.

Genuinely stunned by those comments, nearly didn't play because *checks notes* somebody called Ryan Christie played well in a friendly against a pub team.

It's no wonder they never do fuck all

They've nicked the song from us too...
Didn’t we steal it from Hibs? Not like us to come up with an original song.

And because they desperately want to play two strikers because that's more 'attacking' because they live in the nineties.

Yeah on that theme the hero worship of McTominay as if going off to play in Serie A is still the pinnacle of club football, not flat track bullying in a weaker league.

Yep, a career defining month for him.  Lifting a trophy with us and then playing and scoring in Scotland's first World Cup game in 28 years.

Now they have SJM of Aston Villa in the team, maybe they will go through.
Not like when they forgot to take a certain Andy from Aston Villa to Argentina
