I assume they've all gone away this week and back in training Monday 22nd?

There was a video put up yesterday of a little kid from Jr Bake Off giving Pau Torres a birthday cake at Bodymoor. Not sure when they filmed it but his birthday was yesterday. So some of them are still around. Doesn't mean they're training, I suppose.

I assume Pau will stick around to get some treatment for his injury.

Scoring the 1st against Sheffield United that's 6 goals scored this season best ever scoring season in the Prem.

League:
2 assists
6 goals
6 cards

2 goals in the Conference League makes his total goals scored 8.
I just wish Ginny would cut out his needless yellow cards as has been suspended once this season already. It could cost us if he doesn't adjust.

He's a much improved goal scorer this season which is great!

Cheers Footy, thought he might have more assists than that.

8 goals though is very healthy though and McGinn should be making double figures total (all comps) this season

Seems Watkins does the assisting these days!
Leads the way with 10
Bailey 6
Luiz 4
Diaby 4
Tielemans 3
McGinn 2

If we calculate by the average, if Bailey had played as many minutes as Watkins he'd be on 17 assists.

McGinn accuracy for scoring is exactly half his shots on target.  At.50
6/12
And if Bailey had the minutes it would be even better at .58 goals to shots on target.
7/12

Cup match v Chelsea.
Was he carrying an injury?
Was pretty shocking and had expected him to be part of a dominating midfield.
Rightfully subbed.

This is the issue with McGinn as captain.

He sinks when we are under the cosh. We need someone who will get the team and crowd worked up when we are in the shit, have some bite, and show that it's not okay to retreat into your shell when things are going wrong.

Mings has made the odd cock-up, but he knew how important this aspect of the game is.

In the first 5 mins he started like a man possessed, especially when he arsed over thier full back, but then his passing went west and he just retracted into an anonymous wreck.

Quite rightly hooked but it could of been at HT he was that poor.
