On RAWK they were saying his backside is a work of art, and comparing him to King Kenny. High praise indeed.

Who’s King Kenny??

It's what Kopites call Kenny Dalglish.
What's Rawk?

At £2.5m, pound for pound he could be the best signing in our history.

First time poster, A hibby who has followed Villa since the Des Bremner days.

Very proud of Meatball, brilliant player who never fails to give 100% on top of that a Captain who has it all,. Your lads are doing the talking on the park, but he shines on and off. His after-match interview are brilliant, anyone looking in from the outside cannot fail to be impressed!
Looking forward to following you lot in the Champions League!!
Welcome

McGinn has seemed indefatigable this season but last night he looked like his legs were on the verge of saying enough is enough. He still found those moments to really press and harry and break forward. Incredible. I'd rest on him Thursday along with a handful of the other players who've cranked up a lot of minutes. We've got a few coming back and some who've just broken into the team who could benefit from the minutes. SGM, Dougie, Ollie and King Konsa deserve a break.

Absolutely superb. There's not really another player like him who can do what he does and of all the wondrous sights to see at the Villa right now, perhaps my favourite is the McGinn spin. It's majestic.
Sorry, but I disagree, we do have another player that's similar to SJM, and that's JJ when fit.
To have both of them, one on the right & one on the left, carrying/driving the ball through multiple opposition players is a thing of beauty.
We've got to 3rd without JJ, as he comes back into form I hope that's the extra spark that makes us contenders.

Well the kop is normally red and white as the home city isn't seen as multicultural as Birmingham... :P

Super John McGinn has scored 4 goals in the Prem this season, already outperforming his goal scoring numbers -as it's his best return in a single season.

I think could be looking at 8 to 10 goals+ for Ginny this season. In the Prem.

They wore white shorts until 1964. Shankly changed their kit to all red as he thought it would make the players would look more imposing.

Heya, welcome. There's a certain level of mutual affection here - whilst I was living up in Scotland I'd go and watch Hibs a fair bit.

Not been such a bad season for your lot so far either. Hopefully you'll keep it going for the rest of the season & get back in to Europe :)

I was never a massive Mcginn fan, and never understood the adoration for him. I got the whole scoring a goal in the playoff final thing, but didn't really rate him that highly. The whole Christmas turkey thing and how funny fans found it just left me cold. I'm a cynical ******, I know.

But since Emery came in, and particularly this season, he's been superb.

I wanted him out under Gerrard. He was shite. But I'm feasting on humble pie now and it tastes delicious.

Fantastic, John.
