I thought he was an arrogant Tory, who liked the sound of his own voice too much and seemed obsessed with Steven Gerrard.

In hindsight - whilst all the above remain true - I think he did a good job (bar Gerrard - which he rightly lost his job because of).

I didn't mind Heck, strangely. He might have been a blatant money man but he made no bones about it. Tommy Jordan's okay and I usually got on with Paul Tyrell. I didn't really get to know any of the others.
