No.

Agreed CD, it's a no-go for Villa. It would make far more sense for SHA, given they already own St. Andrews.

I know, I was hoping the chance for some pedantry would take your mind off the puns.

If this deal happens it’s time to get the flags out and sink a few at the nineteenth hole.

Well, let’s not count our chickens before they’ve hatched - in deals like this, setbacks are par for the course.

No, the rest were good but you've ruined it now.

Hang your head in shame.

We should buy the Belfry.

I think it went for not much more than £100m last time it was sold. Imagine the hospitality you could put on around a game!
It's a great idea, actually.

We'd need plenty of drivers to get players from A to B, but the handicap may mean some distraction away from the club.

Liverpool use Aintree Racecourse for hospitality on Champions League nights.

Not sure it would be a good idea to add another slice to the NSWE pie, though the hook is potential increased revenue for the club. House entertainment and hospitality there and it may not turn out to be the albatross around our necks that some predict.

The amount they've spent on the hotel refurb etc, I'm not sure it's massively profitable at the moment.
