Nassef Sawiris owns 5 percent of Adidas, spread the word to all the Bluenoses that every time they buy a kit they are literally supporting Aston Villa 😎😏😂

To me this last paragraph....

“We look forward to working with Dr Tony to undertake a thorough assessment and evaluation of the Club in the coming weeks and our priority is to strengthen the squads and structures ahead of the upcoming season and beyond.”

Suggests only a matter of time before they take over completely

Not necessarily. I would think they all see each party bringing a different range of skills and experiences to the table.

Haha. I still hope in a way that the talk at the time of Xia taking over around local investment still stands.

Personally, I think Tony will be gone between Christmas and New Year, allows him to save face, and hand over properly. Onward and upwards, I hope!!

Not necessarily. I would think they all see each party bringing a different range of skills and experiences to the table.

Next season’s Guess The Crowd includes who’s sitting next to Tony  ;)

Mr Xia-child-progidy-Olympic-designer-multi-billionaire-Harvard Graduate in Gardening- allegedly- owner of failed Companies - rebuked by China Stock Exchange - Lost Face/ Lost Trust- at Home

Mr Xia..... Chinese CON MAN

This Guy.... will NEVER show his Face at Villa ever again....

His seat is EMPTY

HE IS A COWARD.. A LIAR

OK ?

That’s er, quite a response to a mildly amusing quip about Tony Xia.
Who, it turns out, has managed to find a couple of billionaires to sit next to him, next season, focused on getting Villa out of trouble. Class.

UTV, Tone!

Briatore, Ecclestone and Mittal had a ton of money at QPR and made a complete fucking mess of it, let’s not get too carried away just yet eh?

As for Xia doing the right thing, it was the absolute least he could have done.

What would have to happen to make you not get carried away?  A 20 point head start due to us being unfortunate last time around?

This time yesterday it was "The target is to stay in the division by playing the youth team", today it is " our priority is to strengthen the squads and structures".

Come on, let your hair down and enjoy the moment.  We've had  4 or 5 weeks of sheer hell.

Today is a belter.

Finished on site for the last time, starting a perfect new job on Monday, in Hotel Du Vin now waiting for my wife to go and celebrate her 40th, and then this drops.

This has bookended a truly shit 12 months personally, I'm absolutely made up.

Once the cloak of the WC fell, it was back to the reality of Villa. We've been living in fear of going bump anytime since May. That's gone for the time being so I'm going to enjoy this weekend. Fuck it.
